Their Battle Cries

My deviantART is full of Dani spam but I remembered this (and it's Poppy-centric companion) so I thought I'd give them a home here.

I had originally intended to make this a longer series incorporating other major characters, with each picture having a phrase so that when they were put in order they added up to one long sentence...but it never happened.  That's what usually happens with my projects.  Anyway, I like these two a lot, they're very speed-painty but I tried to do unique environments and practice mood.

Their hair is longer (especially Poppy's)/they look beat up because they're in the midst of war and so they've been fighting and not been able to get a haircut lately.  Same goes for Dani's stubble. Fun times!
