Nighttime View

The view from my dorm room is absolutely gorgeous in the evening...I get to watch the sun set :)  However, the best picture I've been able to get is a nighttime one:

Hmm...I'd love to turn this into a painting, either digitally or traditionally (digital would be more likely considering I have issues with black watercolor and I don't have oils in any color OTHER than black and white...)  Ack, so many arts I'd like to do.
