Character Designs

Discovered the benefits of using a pre-made template for the purposes of designing costumes for characters before doing a full piece with them...:)  These are both minor/background folks, but they were a lot of fun to create, and I look forward to drawing them properly...and writing about them!  Lisabeth has a snippet, but Taro doesn't yet.  I'll have to fix that.  I also forgot to erase some guides on Lisabeth, oops.
